Zephyr

This lakefront lot was completely revamped, adding a cabin and remodeling another. The remodel incorporated a 75% deconstruction of an early 1900's historic building, which was then rebuilt, incorporating the rock work that the clients' grandfather had built almost a hundred years ago. Each building features many custom elements, and spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.
